I understand that The Dep Hub reviews all teacher profiles before they go live, including recording declared DBS information and experience. I accept that as a school or organisation, I remain responsible for conducting my own safer recruitment checks before engaging any teacher, including independently verifying DBS certificates, checking references, and confirming right to work. This is in line with my own safeguarding obligations under applicable law.

I accept responsibility for safer recruitment checks as described above *
